Network Marketing Success–do You Know Who Your Target Market Is?

Even if you haven’t spent much time in the Network Marketing industry you know that many companies teach that “everybody need this business” or “everyone should be using these products. Then you’re taught to go out and talk to everyone you knowand everyone you meetabout your business and products. But a missing element that is vital to your Network Marketing success is learning to identify your target market.

What Is A Target Market?

A “target market” is just what the title saysthe market you are targeting with your advertising. So by identifying your target market you can determine what kind of marketing to do.

For instance if you would like to sell more of your product you would think about who can benefit from it. If your product is a miracle antiaging potion your target market would probably not be college students and young professionals. You would want to gear your marketing toward those who are starting to see lines and wrinkles show up around their eyes.

Why Is Identifying My Target Market Important?

While some Network Marketers are successful by talking to everyone they know and everyone they meet calling lists etc. all of those methods can be time consuming. You will talk to many people who simply aren’t interested and spend time educating and following up with few results.

On the other hand by identifying your target market you know who is looking for what you have. They already know they have a problem no money no time with their family poor health etc. and they’re looking for a solution. If you use effective marketing you can provide the solution to their problem with your business opportunity or products.

It’s much simpler and more effective to market to a target market than “everybody.

Once You’ve Identified Your Target Market

After you’ve identified your target market make sure you gear your marketing towards that group. By focusing your attention on a specific group of people you can design more effective advertising that will reach out to them…and grow your Network Marketing business much more effectively!

National Painting Company Honoured At Prestigious Ceremony

Painting and maintenance contractor J S Seddon has been awarded a top accolade by the industrys trade body.

The Painting and Decorating Association PDA presented their 2008 Special Award For Excellence to the national contractor.

Independent judges selected the company for the honour at the PDAs annual Premier Trophy Awards held at the magnificent Painters Hall in London by the Association the trade body representing painters and decorators across the UK.

J S Seddon Painting was chosen for the award for their work in training quality and their commitment to raising awareness of the industry.

David Powis Chief Executive of the PDA said: The Special Award For Excellence recognises high standards within a company and achieving the accolade is a very special and fantastic achievement.

Stuart Seddon chairman of the company received the award. He said: It came as a real surprise but we are absolutely delighted our work has been recognised in this way.

My Big Why – Global Resorts Network

If you have been in any kind of network marketing company or MLM business you know that the first thing you need to have in order to map your plan for success is a big why. Now for most people the first response to that question might be well money of course! In actuality we learn that our why has to be much much bigger than that. It may be that you want to stay home with your family. It may be that you want more freedom and flexibility with your time. It could be that you want to travel the world. Or maybe you want to be able to give more and help others in need. Whatever it may be it surely needs to be something that is strong enough to keep you forging along in your business putting one foot in front of the other.

My why has typically remained the same over the years. It has allowed me to keep a strong back and kept me moving forward. So the foundation is there but why did I choose Global Resorts Network as my vehicle to get me to there?

I have been in a few different network marketing companies over the last 20 years typically they were skincare and wellness companies. Only in my latest venture did I really understand the concept of network marketing and did I really work hard at that business. After a year and a half of diligently working my business I really had nothing to show for my efforts except a mountain of debt and no team. I was a team of one. Typically MLM is considered to be a facetoface or bellytobelly business. Basically even to this day network marketing companies are teaching their downline to approach all of their family and friends about the opportunity thus creating a lot of tension with your own friends and family as well as speaking to strangers within three feet of you. How comfortable is that to ask the guy in front of you in the grocery line if he wants to try a sample of your face goop.

After a year of research about the MLM industry and training in marketing online including using payperclick advertising article marketing and social networking sites I finally decided that the traditional MLM structure just wasn’t for me. I needed something that had a compensation plan that really made sense and where I wouldn’t have to buy 150 in product every month just to get a paycheck that didn’t even cover my car payment.

With Global Resorts Network I am able to make a great commission up front like in a directsales company and then I also get to take advantage of a residual income as well as my team grows and adds more affiliates.
