I personally would go with one of the latter two.

It’s best to keep in touch with your frontline members every couple days but it can be once a week depending on how well you have trained them what they are applying and the results they’re getting.

Always make sure to let them know that they can call you anytime if they need help with something.

You want to be looking at your business as a system and each member in your downline a part of that crucial system.

If one thing goes wrong it disrupts the flow of the system and can result in lost money or aggravated once a part of members that had trouble with online lead generation and couldn’t get the support they needed etc…

That’s why you want a structured team environment where everyone is able to communicate effectively and where people are not just passionate about what they do but give before want.

This creates more opportunities for everyone and keeps the whole shindig running as efficiently as possible.

This is what it takes to build a long term stable business and as you can see it really doesn’t take a ton of brain power to execute.
